The room was quiet and cozy

The hair dryer in suite 86 fell apart after barely a minute of use, so it definitely needs some maintenance.
The shower and fixtures worked well, but the thin walls let the neighbor’s noise carry right into the room.
Location was perfect for what I needed and the staff were helpful, but the breakfast was disappointing—dry bread with butter that tasted terrible.
Everything else was fine, but the checkout process turned into a hassle. The payment terminal charged me twice, the bank shows both deductions, and after I sent the receipt screenshots via WhatsApp the staff just stopped responding. Watch out for that.

Staff were friendly and the place stayed clean, yet I wasn’t allowed to extend my reservation for the weekend even though I was already booked from Tuesday through Friday.
