The room was very clean and welcoming, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful! We felt at home right away.
The Mar24 team actively helps with everything—transport to the port, activity recommendations, motorcycle rentals—excellent service. They offer snacks as a courtesy and a welcome tea upon arrival. The rooms were deteriorated and the pool was unappealing.

Esta cerca de tres lugares muy buenos de desayuno. Las personas en la recepción fueron increíbles, súper atentas, explicaban todo, nos ayudaron a reservar los tour de snorkel y las noches fueron muy tranquilas. En general estuvo muy bien

Everything was great. The staff were friendly, the pool was fantastic and stayed open late, and there was a lot to do. We really liked it and would return to the same hotel for its value and price.

The front desk really tried to make us feel comfortable, but the housekeeping team was careless—imagine people in vacation mode hearing doors slam loudly at 8:00 am all the time. The rooms weren't very clean either, and the bathroom could use some improvement.
