“Wouldn’t recommend. Central but not that clean. Broken air conditioning and uncomfortable bed.”

The location is very central, which is a plus. Unfortunately, when we arrived the sheets and room were not particularly clean. Even though it was October, we only received a sheet, no duvet, and the mattress was indented in the middle and extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work. I don’t usually complain, but overall it wasn’t the best stay, so I would not recommend it.

“If you are on a budget and can sleep through anything it’s an alright place to stay.”

The location was incredible, but the constant noise from outside—people on the streets all day and all night—was a real issue.

The location is convenient. Everything else was fine, but I wish there had been a clothes dryer.

“Pleasant!”

The owner/manager was very hands‑on with guests’ needs. The hotel is in the Barrio Gótico, which is charming, though it isn’t easy for tourists to catch taxis or public transport. If you enjoy walking old streets, you’ll be fine. I had a room that didn’t have an en‑suite bathroom; all other rooms did. The en‑suite bathroom was private, exclusive, but located across the hall. Otherwise, it was okay.
