Lễ tân ngốc chửi khách trước mặt khách khác, xử lý vấn đề tệ, đặt xe trước 1 tuần mà khách tới mới gọi xe :)) lễ thì còn chiếc xe nào nữa, phòng hôi cống, máy lạnh không lạnh, nước yếu, hỏi về trễ mới đổi phòng thì ok nhưng khách khác đặt thì dẫy ép đổi phòng liền đang đi chơi cách 40km sao về :))

Filthy, one cleaning in nine days. No soap or shampoo. No hot water. Probably the worst hotel in town. Dégueulasse, une fois sont venus pour nettoyer à la va vite. Pas de savon où shampooing. PAS D'EAU CHAUDE. certainement le pire hôtel dans les alentours

We liked the location: in the city center, near the mall. Beautiful view from the window, the room was clean. We dropped off items for laundry, they did it fast and well (30000 for 2 kg). We checked in around 17:00 and our room wasn’t ready (check‑in is from 14:00, so it should have been ready by then), they gave us another dirty, uncleaned room until 20:00 – extremely inconvenient and unpleasant, especially after a long drive. Because of these inconveniences, no one changed the price or lowered it, but when we left they charged us an extra 30 000 dong because we “stayed” longer, even though the booking said check‑out was before 13:00. Even though it was stated no smoking, everyone kept smoking and it smelled awful (the smell stuck in the room), the manager unfortunately didn’t control that. They don’t understand Russian or English at all. Very weak Wi‑Fi. Hot water was sometimes missing (especially in the morning).
Clean, well‑planned layout for a small room. Gorgeous shower. The fridge wouldn't close, so it didn't freeze properly and leaked constantly.
I stayed right near the center, easy to get to the beach and restaurants, especially convenient for me to revisit my old school and the place where I lived and stayed connected, the time was a bit short so I didn't get to explore much more, my room had two single beds + one double bed, a balcony, airy and clean, the front desk was enthusiastic, I needed a hair dryer, the linen table always helped. I brought hooks to hang clothes, he he, I hung them right next to the glass door, arranged them in the room to have clothes to wear
