The staff were very friendly, from reception to the kitchen service team. Thank you; we felt very comfortable.

Breakfast was fine. The room we received did not match the pictures; it looked more like a youth hostel. The walls were blandly painted a nasty green, the furniture was completely different and probably dated from 15 years ago, and the carpet had noticeable stains. The coffee machine didn’t work, the shower head didn’t stay in its holder, and the toilet flush handle jammed. The room had nothing to do with a 4‑star hotel, and I wouldn’t have booked it if I hadn’t been so boldly misled by the images.

The location is great. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, there were a few construction sites here and there, and overall it felt like a strange place. Here’s a photo of a door that was peeled off like in a horror film.

The reception was helpful and breakfast was nice, but the bedroom size was just okay. The bed itself was uncomfortable, and the blankets were individual and very short or small.
