“Calido como una familia”
The staff greeted us warmly, making the place feel cozy and family‑like. Everything was fine.
The staff were very kind and attentive. The front‑door sign is hardly noticeable.
“Mejor de lo que esperaba”
Easy to find, quite central. The staff were very good, and the room was especially clean.
“Agradable”
The staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was having to climb stairs.
“Donde el personal hace que te sientas en casa”
We had an excellent stay. Bruno’s service was exceptional—very attentive, empathetic, and always ready to help. He guided us to tourist spots and even walked us to a nearby restaurant so we felt safe, and he was always reachable on WhatsApp. The hotel is very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and breakfast is pleasant. My wife and I were very satisfied. Thanks for everything! The only issue is the hotel sign, which is placed very high and is hard to spot at first glance. A more visible design or better placement would make it even more attractive. It’s a minor detail, but it would add a lot to the place’s presentation.
