The service was friendly, the breakfast was good, and getting to the city was fairly easy. But there was always something broken—pool, hot tub, waffle maker, no big deal. Every third time one or the other was out of order.

The menu had a good variety. The waffle maker was worn out and wouldn’t release waffles; they swapped it for another one.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioner kept the room cool. The elevator was broken, which was a problem because we were on the top floor with heavy luggage.

I had Hilton Honors move us to another hotel. We DID NOT stay here. There is a case file open. Just as we arrived, the Duty Manager and receptionist left the premises leaving several of us checking in standing in line. We waited for 2 1/2 hours! I expect to be reimbursed for their foul-up
