The room was very clean and the staff were friendly, but the heating failed so the room stayed cold and there was no hot water for a shower or shaving.

The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We booked a spa session and a light lunch, which turned out to be a great experience; the lunch was good and the spa facilities were excellent.
