“Sehr entäuscht wo der Hotel”

We stayed in a suite with a beautiful view of the harbor and sea; the bed was comfortable. The location is very central, just 10 minutes to the city and the train station. Marco at reception was very friendly and helpful, and the place was cleaned daily. The downside is that breakfast is not served in the hotel but in the restaurant next door. The selection was limited: only one type of bread and toast, one cheese and one ham, tomatoes and olives, fruit, and pastries. There was a self-service coffee machine, but some guests received coffee from the bar and didn’t understand why. The staff were unpleasant at breakfast and during dinner. We once ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was a disaster. Rooms are not soundproof, so you hear everything from other guests. The climate control system is very loud, so you have to turn it off to sleep. The hotel and restaurant feel stuck in the past.

“Good value base to explore San Remo”

The place is simple, yet the location and staff were lovely, and we liked the beach club discount, which was just opposite; it proved a solid base for exploring San Remo. The hotel lacks public space or facilities, but it does the job.

“Nice clean hotel with great staff and unfortunately noisy neighbours.”

The room was clean and the staff were great, but the noise from nearby venues kept us up until 3 am.

Everything was perfect: location, reception, and cleanliness were incredible. Nothing to complain about.
