The location was excellent, literally just a stone’s throw from everything. The breakfast was good, though it felt a bit repetitive after staying for several days. Cleanliness was decent but the staff paid no attention to details—I had to ask them to change my coffee cups and give me a soap dispenser. The room was spacious. The staff were polite but not empathetic and couldn’t solve any issues. There was no Wi‑Fi in the room despite reporting it immediately, which was useless. The bathroom door didn’t open properly, so I had to stay in the room each time to help my wife reopen it, and the bathroom lights were so weak it was almost dark. The bathtub was hard to access and dangerous because it was too high. The staff never answered the internal phone or the external line. The reception area next to the bathroom was very dirty. The TV was useless with only a few channels and no international ones. The price was too high for the quality of the hotel.

The hotel is a 4‑star place but it lacks a bar, a single chair, and a smoking area with a ashtray. The bathroom doesn’t have a broom, and the double bed was actually two single beds that open when you shift to the center and you fall to the floor! The breakfast was poor. Overall a disaster with very little value for money.

The hotel was kind, clean, and close to the center, but there was no Italian language available.

The location is central, ten minutes to the Jewish quarter, close to everything. The last night, for some reason, there was no hot water and the phone was out of order.
