Good location. The staff were friendly and never rude, but the information given at reception was unclear. We booked a transfer to Panajachel with the hotel and received contradictory instructions about whether the price included one or two trips. The agency later told us it only covered the outbound leg, so we had to pay again for the return. The problem wasn’t the extra payment, but the lack of clarity and coordination. We had to push hard for basic information. Improving communication, especially for services the hotel offers or manages, would help.

I was bumped up to room 202 after the first one had no windows, and it turned out to be a lot more comfortable, spotless, and the staff were super friendly. The only downside was the noise starting at 6 am, the skylight had no curtains, and the shower head wires were visible.

We loved it; it was so quiet you could really rest, the staff were very kind and even gave us tips for exploring Antigua, and the spot is right near everything. We would definitely come back! Everything was wonderful.
