I paid for a room that never appeared, arrived to find no one at the front desk, and no one answered the phone either; I called the support number over ten times with no response. Finally, the code they sent me for the key didn’t work, so I ended up paying €143 and staying outside the city I was supposed to be in. Totally scammed!

The accommodation was perfectly situated, clean upon arrival, and the bathtub/jacuzzi was very enjoyable; the bed was spacious and comfortable. There was no explanation for how to use the jacuzzi, and the curtains were insufficient, letting too much light in when waking up.

The place was clean, well organized, and the spa was top quality – I highly recommend it. Parking was easy with plenty of help, you can enter the building, and overall there was nothing to complain about.

The jacuzzi was great, and having a tea and coffee machine with tea, coffee, sugar, and cups available was a nice touch. The spot is on a lively small street, very central, and the bed was comfortable.
