It was close to downtown, but after the recent renovation all storage space was removed, so most of our items ended up on the floor. It looks nice but lacks functionality. The bathroom window curtains were removed, letting anyone on the outside stairs see into the bedroom, bathroom, and shower – the manager was already aware and indifferent. There is no common area to gather or enjoy the beach.

The view was fantastic, the rooms were super clean, and despite initial worries about traffic noise it stayed quiet by mid‑evening. The location is good, and Vue Kitchen and Bluff Trail are right across the street. The amenities feel outdated, but that was acceptable for our needs.
