The location and the breakfast lady, who attends to everything, restocks items, and is always friendly. The hotel is close to everything you need to see in Florence, so you can walk everywhere. The room is spacious and comfortable. The elevator is very slow, and the entrance to the hotel feels like a boarding house more than a hotel; the lobby looks shabby.

A very nice centrally located hotel on the second floor of a palazzo. It’s a bit noisy.

The hotel does its job as a 3‑star place, especially with its central spot. The only downside was breakfast, where I had to sit at a long table next to other guests and didn’t get a private table.

The hotel is very well situated: a 10‑minute walk from the train station and a 10‑minute walk from Piazza Santa Maria Novella. It’s very quiet and the breakfast is good.
