I stayed in a clean room with a comfortable bed, but the breakfast missed a few essentials: no whole wheat bread, no real orange juice, and the oatmeal lacked cinnamon and raisins. On my last day there was also no jam available.

The staff were kind, but the room had broken box springs, rainwater leaking in, and a moldy smell; a broken door sill on the side entrance left guests vulnerable to anyone entering the building, and the elevator didn’t work—this forced me, who has a disability, to climb stairs to a different upstairs room, making the Best Western of Brockport non‑ADA compliant. The place is extremely understaffed; the crew were pleasant and overworked.
