The location works well, but the parking was the worst part: on one weekend night I waited 15 minutes inside for the gate to open, and another night I just parked outside. The pool stayed shut for all four days and three nights of my stay, even though the weather was good. Every day the gym’s climate control was on high heat and the TV was off; I found the remote but the air took a while to cool, and the TV never turned on, even though the room was otherwise well equipped. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, and the grill in my room didn’t work, so I had to eat out every time, and the nearest options were far away unless you go to the hotel’s front‑door restaurant and bar, which is ironic. The access control required someone to open the main door each time you entered or exited, which is fine but a bit inconvenient to have to ask the staff repeatedly. I tried to use the billiards room during the hours listed on the door, but it was closed twice. The TVs are very basic, only showing a few channels, so I tried plugging in my laptop for shows or movies, but the screen‑mirroring function was blocked. This isn’t what you’d expect from a place called “MASTER SUITE” in one of the best areas, and the parking issue alone makes me not return.
