I booked through Priceline, and upon arrival they told me a $200 deposit was required and that I couldn’t use the same card I was paying with, insisting on charging me the full price because it was non‑refundable and they wouldn’t cancel the reservation; they should have informed guests that the deposit is $200 and must be paid with a separate card or cash—this is horrible business practice. The customer service was also bad.
