The spot is spot-on, right between Frenchmen St’s live music scene and Bourbon St. The staff were a pleasure to work with, answering questions fast through the app, and housekeeping was super friendly, pointing out great local eats and music spots. The AC was spot on, but the room lighting left something to wish for.

Almost everything was spot-on—location, vibe, smooth check‑in—but the only tweak I’d suggest is the checkout time. It didn’t really ruin the experience, just nudges my overall view of the place a bit. Still, it’s perfect.

The bed was comfy, but the room smelled musty, the toilet felt tight, there was no hot water in the sink, and noise from an adjacent room seeped through the wall.
