The reception and staff were friendly, and the hotel is a short walk from Siam Park.

We wanted to go to Siam Adventure Center and could reach it on foot from the hotel, which was convenient. The room was basic, the bathroom still had hair in the sink and on the floor, and the corridor noise wasn’t very well isolated.

“Nice quiet stay at Chana Bangkok Hotel”

The staff were helpful and super-friendly when I had to book a few extra days. They helped me with my laundry and it was always nice to come back to a clean room (the cleaners also provided extra water, which was very thoughtful). Breakfast was very good, particularly the ham and cheese croissant. Wifi worked fairly well and the bed was comfy. The shower could have been closed off so it didn’t spray everywhere, but I’m used to that

“Bon hôtel pour l'aéroport”

The room is large, the bed is also large, the small table is handy, the TV works well, we receive two bottles of water per day and there is soap and shampoo in the shower. The corridor noise is quite loud and there is a lot of it… travelers in the middle of the night, children screaming in the morning, staff cleaning during the day, the noise is relatively constant. Moreover the hotel is far from the city center and train/metro lines, which makes getting to the city expensive or very long. On the other hand, a taxi to the airport is great.
