The location was convenient for a lot of food, shopping, and the conference center, which is why we chose it. We just needed a couple more outlets near the beds for charging phones.

Even though I stayed only one night, I had a very pleasant experience at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge. The room was comfortable and perfect for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and gave a convenient start to the day. The service was good, with friendly and attentive staff who added to the enjoyment. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with solid service and convenient amenities. I would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Pigeon Forge.
