The room was clean and had all the basic utilities. The bathroom box didn’t have a holder for shampoo bottles, the air‑conditioner made popping noises when it started, and the Wi‑Fi went down a few times.

I’m used to staying at Fusion, and the location is great, the facilities are solid, the size is just right, everything works well for me. The bathroom’s soap dish was missing its glass and rusted, and there was no coffee maker, kettle, or filter holder—no way to brew coffee. The bathroom floor rug was dirty and grimy, the pillows were subpar, and the chair in front of the TV table was extremely low.

“Não se hospedem em nenhum apartamento do Rei dos Flats”

The air conditioner was broken right when Brasília hit its hottest period. I tried reaching the administrator via WhatsApp, but nothing was resolved and they didn’t even reply to my messages. I don’t recommend it; they can’t handle guests. Don’t stay in any of Rei dos Flats’ apartments—there’s nothing regal about them.
