A top hotel with an ideal spot near the Westfalenhalle. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

We were greeted very warmly and had almost no waiting time.

The reception was friendly. The place was dirty, and at night in front of the elevator I found myself standing in a beer puddle! It was unpleasant how some guests behaved.

Frühstück war ausreichend. Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Anzahl der Zimmer zu klein. In Stoßzeiten kommt es zu Wartezeiten

Very friendly welcome and helpful staff; we had a one‑year‑old child with us who was helped with warming food and a bottle, which was great after a long drive.
