The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, everything feels brand new and beautiful. When we first communicated, the parking details could have been shared more clearly on Google, and the staff should have mentioned the parking fee to us.

The spot is very pleasant and cozy, something hard to find in the medina. The ladies who served us were amazing, breakfast was delicious, everything was spotless, and the décor was super cool. The guy who handled the check‑out tried to charge us for breakfasts before we left, even though we had booked breakfast included; it felt like a nasty attempt to squeeze extra money out of us.

We were delighted. The Riad is small but wonderful and peaceful, close to a square so if you need a taxi you just walk down its narrow streets for about 3 minutes. The terrace is very cozy and our room had a lot of charm. In the morning you woke to the sound of birds. The whole Riad had the traditional beauty we expected. Traditional breakfasts were very good and plentiful, with excellent tea. Thanks to Samira and her colleague who always kept our room clean and the food delicious, always with a loving smile. Paco the manager was always ready to help, whether we needed something, a taxi, or anything else. What could be improved is his personal presentation, as it was a bit untidy, which is why we didn't give 5 stars. Everything else was very good. We would stay again. The manager’s personal presentation could be more professional.

Cleanliness, new furnishings, exceptional staff service. The breakfast was mouth‑watering with local cuisine. The pillows were all the same; it would be nice to have two different options to choose from, though that’s a small thing.
