I loved everything, but since this hotel isn’t newly built, some things need a check‑up – that’s what we ran into, like the room door lock issues and the toilet sometimes running.

In the bathroom the bathtub floor was stained and the handle was wobbly.

The reception was great, the large room was quiet, the breakfast was huge, and the location is only 8 minutes from the city centre by metro. I don’t have any negative points.

Well located in a chic neighbourhood, not far from Brussels city centre, reachable by metro and tram, a peaceful place away from the heavy crowds of Brussels, very clean, friendly staff, perfect for those who enjoy calm and simplicity. Nothing negative.
