The location was good. The bathroom was cramped and old, hard to get cold water or adjust it, and there were no hand or body lotions. The air conditioning was poor, the bar’s wine selection was limited, and there weren’t enough power points for the hairdryer.

They upgraded us to a very large corner room with many windows. The room was very clean and comfortable. Some soft pillows would have been nice. The biggest issue was the construction happening right across from us.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot in the center of Cardiff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was neat. The room was inexplicably very warm, but the air conditioning could bring it down.

Central location, great staff, comfortable and quiet room. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, they left a bottle of bubbly in the room—a lovely gesture. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was a bit tired, there was no decaf tea or coffee in the room, the shower gel soap dispenser wasn’t working, and there was a lack of fresh fruit for breakfast.
