The pool was out of service for the whole weekend, and a homeless man was lurking outside my room late at night rummaging through the trash can, knocking on the window before running off. A functioning swimming pool would have made the stay better.

This Motel Six property is stunning, with a breathtaking mountain view and immaculate upkeep thanks to the management. Occasionally, homeless folks hide in the bushes, but the staff promptly evict them. There’s hardly anything to dislike—everything is beautiful, and the staff, especially Juan the manager, are exceptionally kind.

It was quiet and pleasant, and there was nothing to complain about.

The experience was excellent.

The night was not great, and the room could have been cleaner— I found quite a few hairs on the sheets and elsewhere.
