I appreciated the calm sound of the babbling creek in the rainforest between the chalets and the cozy fire on the couch; the staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂, though the water pressure in the shower and spa took a bit to warm up, otherwise no complaints.

I’ve never stayed at a place so close to the forest and stream—literally surrounded by it and right next to it; nothing to criticize, it was great.

We were warmly welcomed at the reception, the walk to the house was an experience, music played and subtle lighting inside, everything was very clean and nothing was missing; the whirlpool with a view of the rainforest was lovely and highly recommended, everything was thoughtfully decorated and we felt very comfortable.
