“Très bien”

The apartment was spotless and bright, and the spot was ideal for exploring the 5 Terres. Walking to the train station was easy, and parking on the street was straightforward—even though it was paid for the whole day. The double bed’s mattress was perfect, and Matilda was kind and responsive. The only downside was that the click‑clack floor wasn’t very comfortable.

“Super clean rooms, great location & great host”

First off, Matilda was the ideal host, checking in on us and staying in touch daily if we needed anything. The room was impeccably clean, and the location was close to the station, which mattered because we wanted to travel to the 5 Terres towns by train. Plenty of parking was available for daytime use until 7 pm, though it gets very busy in the evening (we used the Darmi parking garage for two days, a 6‑minute walk, and it was very economical). I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. The only issue was that being so close to the train made it a bit noisy; the morning bells and trains didn’t wake us, but if you’re a light sleeper it might be a consideration.

“Definitely recommend staying here”

Matilda was incredibly friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. We only stayed two nights, so we didn’t see everything, but the rooms were clean, well‑equipped, and even had snacks and water. It was one of the better places I’ve stayed at in Italy, and the train station was close enough to get to Cinque Terre easily.

Matilda was an amazing host, always ready to help. The room was cleaned daily and she always left a nice treat. I would highly recommend this place honestly.

“Heel goed!”

The hospitality was good. The kitchen was missing a cutting board or knife, but otherwise it was fairly complete.
