The location is excellent, right next to the entrance. The breakfast buffet was varied and offered a good selection. The large, hotel‑owned parking lot is especially convenient. The grounds are nicely designed and spacious, even though some areas feel a bit dated. The dinner quality was somewhat inconsistent: the steak on the first evening turned out to be a tough challenge, but the second evening’s food was flawless. Coffee and fruit juice also didn’t really impress us. Our two‑bedroom suite was functional, but the living area felt a bit cramped. The entertainment options are a matter of taste; the wellness area seemed quite expensive for what it offered, and the mini‑golf course was more of a chuckle than a sporting challenge.

“Rustikale Unterkunft mit sehr viel Charme”

A very unique place with a lot of charm. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very rustic, yet decorated with a lot of heart. The a la carte food is very fine and still very reasonably priced. Breakfast leaves no wish unfulfilled.

We stayed two nights and couldn’t wash ourselves. There was no water in the taps. We requested a refund for a vacation that was pretty ruined.

The property felt like a fairytale. It was so perfect and the staff were amazing.

The hotel sits close to a side‑door entrance to the park, which is handy. The overall vibe feels a bit worn out, especially the restaurant.
