The location is excellent and you can walk to the cruise port and plenty of shops.

Convenient. It’s a historic building finished in a modern style. The pillows were on the bulky side for my taste.

The hotel is in a central spot that lets you visit Vancouver’s main attractions. The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast area was a bit “tight” for the many people who were there.
