“Fantastic stay & highly recommended”

I stayed for three nights and it was fantastic. The location is great, with many transport options to reach Venice’s main island easily. Luca made me feel safe as a solo traveler, almost like a friend in Venice, and we swapped stories. The room is on the second floor, but Luca will help carry your luggage and can arrange airport taxis. The breakfast was the highlight, always something new each day for the three nights. Luca shared many travel tips and restaurant recommendations. He’s an Italian who loves life and cooking, with great home taste and aesthetic sense. I highly recommend this warm, quiet place and would love to return.

Luca, the host, is fantastic and gave us plenty of useful tips that we all followed. The bikes were safely stored in the garage. The room is very nice and spacious, and the bathroom is also beautiful. There is a terrace attached to the room. Breakfast was extraordinary and creatively prepared, all very tasty. A bus stop to Venice is right nearby. We would stay with Luca again anytime.

The location is great for exploring Venice. The house and garden are lovely. Luca, the owner, was extremely welcoming and his knowledge of the area was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat every day.

We loved everything—peace, quiet, and silence. The facilities are beautiful, the garden is very pretty, we were given a room with a terrace, and on the last night we celebrated with cava and sweets. The owner Luca and his wife are angels… we’re 75, and we appreciate the good treatment and affection they gave us. The breakfasts (Luca’s fantasies) are exquisite and each day he surprises us with something new; he’s a magnificent chef 👨‍🍳. We were impressed by his vast knowledge (he speaks five languages), he listens, he’s an encyclopedia of knowledge, and above all, a great person. Knowing Luca has enriched us; we felt at home and enjoyed his wise advice a lot. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️ Nothing negative, everything was perfect.
