The house is a beautiful Charentaise stone building with a large, well‑kept garden and private rooms for guests, opposite a lovely old church. Dominique was very welcoming and generous, sharing his knowledge about the Charente, and the breakfast was wonderful. Nothing was lacking; everything was good.
