The staff were friendly, but we had been there several times before and always stayed on the upper floor, which was great. This time our room was 16 on the ground floor, right next to the trot‑toire and the public parking. We could overhear conversations of passersby. In the parking lot next to our window, various cars parked in the evening, including a diesel truck that was not audible at 6:00 am when we left. The street noise and the clattering of car doors on the parking lot in front of our window were unfortunately unavoidable. We chose the hotel parking and had to pay extra for it. A parking spot in front of our window would have been better, as no one else could park there, reducing the noise level. If you intend to rest at night, this room is not suitable.

The reception and breakfast were super—almost perfect. Unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning, which made the summer very stifling.
