The hotel was well kept, quiet, and felt like a little paradise; the room was spacious and the staff were friendly. It’s close to the main sights if you drive. The only downside was that the stairs to the rooms lack handrails.

The property was a beautiful, peaceful spot with a lovely garden and pool area. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond—one even posted the swimsuit I’d left behind! Free bikes were handy for exploring the historic district and nearby restaurants. Breakfast could have offered a few more options, but the food itself was fantastic.

The pool was enjoyable, and there were towels hanging outside the room for extra lounging. It felt like living in a resort. I did wish there were extra foot towels outside because the floor was slippery before I entered the room; the wet steps were also slick. Please consider this.
