“فندق رائع”

The hotel was clean, tidy, and the furniture was new; breakfast was good and the staff at the reception were polite and respectful. The breakfast area was comfortable with cozy furnishings, and I suggested turning it into a café. The room I stayed in faced the street and had a view of a public road; the screeching of tires and the loud brakes made it impossible to sleep due to the noise of cars skidding.

First, when I arrived, a staff member handed me a suite key while another guest was still inside the suite, which was extremely frustrating and a breach of privacy that forced me to move to another suite. Second, I was repeatedly disturbed by noises—pots, movements, and sounds from within the walls—starting around 3 a.m., which woke me and ruined my sleep. When I asked the front desk about the source, they told me the hotel kitchen was adjacent to my suite, a fact I had not been informed about before booking or check‑in.

It’s close to entertainment spots in Jeddah, the beach, and the most famous malls. I was upgraded upon arrival, so I thank Mr. Imad Al‑Salmi for the warm welcome and for adding a lovely experience to the hotel, as well as all the staff for their hospitality.

“Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал , хорошие номера”

Everything was wonderful, but the location listed on Booking didn’t match reality. Booking said check‑in was before 19:00; we arrived at night and were checked in without issues. Booking mentioned a 200‑lira deposit, but that wasn’t required. They also asked to call a taxi to the airport from reception, but the driver ended up at the stadium; it was fine that we had extra time.
