Our room was sensational but more importantly EVERY single member of staff treated us like family. Shout out to Samu and Jan at the rooftop pool who always had a moment to ask how we were going and shout out to the folks that cleaned our room. The front of house service was also exemplary. Certainly killed our stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach a few months ago. There was not one thing that we didn't like about our all too brief stay
