horrible. everything bad
“FRAUDE TOTAL”
Nada. O local é TOTALMENTE diferente do que é ofertado no site. Quando chegamos ao quarto, ele estava totalmente desarrumado, sinais de sujeira. O local transmitia insegurança, nada condiz com as fotos divulgadas. Fraude total. Devido à sensação de insegurança, precisei alugar outro local imediatamente. Não recomendo!
“I had the worst hostel experience in this hostel”
Nothing. First of all their address was different from the address in booking shows, they told my i should go to an other place,The rooms were very, very dirty, they were not cleaned at all, I had the worst hostel experience in this hostel, the refrigerator in the room was moldy, the bathroom and toilet were very dirty, the bed was so dirty I couldn't sleep, and when I complained, they said you came early and the cleaner didn't have time to clean, even though there was no cleaner at all!
“Unhappy”
First, the location is always changing. We don’t have blankets for cold nights, they don’t give towels, the door can’t be locked properly, and the bathroom doesn’t have a mat
We could not live at the place ….we arrived early at 12.00 and I contacted the owner by mail and they told us to be at 3pm. I would have liked to store our luggage…but there was nobody there. we came back at 3.30 pm . and when we entered the room 6 no housekeeping has been done , very dirty and there was plenty of luggage in the actual room . as if there was people living there . so we decided to give up and book another place via
