The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, which is highly valued in this city; it’s central, so using a taxi is more convenient, and there’s a good variety of breakfast options.

The front desk staff were always ready to help even though we didn’t speak the same language; I remember three days after arrival I needed a nail salon but didn’t know one nearby, so one of the staff searched for a nail bar, arranged an appointment, took me there, and even gave me an umbrella and water because the weather was too hot. On the downside, while having breakfast, a kitchen staff member kept reminding me about closing time, which I didn’t appreciate.

The location was great, staff very helpful and accommodating, and the facility is clean. I don’t have any complaints; the staff, especially the manager, were all great and I will definitely stay here again.
