The staff were very attentive, and the location is good even though it’s a 20‑minute walk from the BTS station. The hot water temperature varied and sometimes wasn’t hot enough. The air conditioner was hard to regulate; it was either too cold or, when turned up, created too much humidity in the room (we didn’t ask the reception staff). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I discovered a hidden gem right in the heart of Bangkok – the hotel is spotless and stunning, and the spot is unbeatable. It's just a stone's throw from parks, the metro, BTS, and galleries, and the nearby restaurants are fantastic; the staff never failed to help me out.

The place sits in a convenient spot, with a couple of cafés for breakfast, plenty of shops on the next street, several laundries, and street food. The room was very clean, the staff were super friendly, and they let us check in an hour early. On the day of departure they agreed to hold our bags, and the air‑conditioning works well and quietly. The bed is comfortable with a firm mattress, and the soundproofing is good. Nothing to complain about – everything was excellent.

“Really a nice room and a nice hotel, if it wasn't for the cold shower and bad wifi.”

The design, the spaciousness, the friendly staff, and the location were all great. However, the shower barely produced hot water, and the Wi‑Fi in the room was poor.
