The location is excellent, just a 5‑minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The staff are friendly, and the room offers a stunning city view. The outdoor garden is a lovely spot to relax.

The staff were very kind, and overall the place is nice and cozy. The rooms were extremely cold, and no prior notice was given about the low temperature. Wi‑Fi was spotty. There is no key at the main door; you always have to inform the staff early in the morning, which is a bit inconvenient.
