They first put me in an old room on an unrenovated floor. Because the room was awful I complained and they moved me to the renovated part of the hotel, which was much better.

The place is far from the crowds, super quiet. It’s close to central Barcelona with good bus and metro links, near the glorias! The staff are fantastic, David at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming. The rooms are wonderful and impeccably managed. The breakfast could use more options.

Paula at the front desk was super warm and walked me through every detail of check‑in and check‑out. She looked at my card and her reaction was adorable. She’s also very polite to young travelers. When I checked out, the staff felt a bit colder than at check‑in.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. It isn’t very clean. The breakfast isn’t great for the price.

The stay was pleasant, the room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty with nice staff. The hotel was in a good, safe neighbourhood, and there were nice events around the hotel over the weekend. Across from the hotel was a nice shopping centre.
