The hotel responded quickly over call and WhatsApp. The room itself was very small, had a qiblat direction but no space for prayer, and the lighting was problematic—one switch controlled all three lights, so you could only turn them all on or off together. Parking was pricey: Myr2.50 per hour, Myr30 for 12 hours if you stay overnight. The fridge was also not working.

The location is great and the hot water for the shower is steady, but there is no soup beside the basin.

It’s easy to find, and it’s suitable for solo travelers or couples.

The location was convenient, close to the Sutera harbour. The beds were comfortable and very large, and the room was well equipped.

It’s near Imago. This was my second stay, yet the same issue persisted: bed bugs.
