“Beautiful comfortable and enjoyable”

We loved the clean, comfortable rooms. A cot was brought for our son at no extra cost, which was excellent. The sprawling pool and beautiful grounds were also appreciated; my son adored the big pool. The restaurant food was unreal, with a diverse dinner menu that highlighted tandoori chicken and chicken tikka, and my son enjoyed the chicken noodles. Breakfast buffet was great, offering Indian options and some western fare like jam, toast, cereal, pancakes, and eggs. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, and attentive to our needs. The gym was very good, so I could work out. The only complaint was that I had issues with credit‑card and debit‑card payments; the payment process could be easier.

The staff tried their best, and the furnishings were relatively good. Midday, my sleep was disturbed by other guests. There were many small annoyances and a constant shuffling of the Indian head.

“Disappointed”

The photos on social media were appealing. The room was cleaned only ordinarily; the towels were smelly and dusty. The building was far from the reception, and there was a shortage of staff to transport guests and luggage from the building to the reception. The restaurant was mostly unattended, and our orders for tea and coffee were handled after a few calls. It took a long time to deliver the tea and coffee, which were very poorly prepared.

The ambience and facilities were good. The location and the efficiency of house cleaning were lacking.
