The only real advantage was the metro stop right beneath the building. The property sits in a somewhat peripheral and chaotic area. The old building already smells unpleasant in the common areas. The B&B has only a few rooms overlooking a windowless corridor. The rooms are bare, with a persistent closed‑off smell, and even the towels are odorous. The bathrooms, also windowless and rather dated, don’t improve the situation. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location and the comfortable bed were good. The cleanliness, the room’s noise level, and the unwelcoming furnishings were lacking.

“Cómodo e prático”

The spot is great, right next to the metro station, and we felt safe in a calm area. There are nearby options for meals and breakfast. The room wasn’t large but was perfectly sufficient for two people. The corridor always smelled wonderfully. Check‑in was very convenient. The toilet sometimes is a bit difficult to use and also makes a huge noise that can be heard throughout the building. The soundproofing isn’t spectacular, but we weren’t really disturbed by it.
