Nothing was good; the staff and ambience didn't match the hotel’s reputation.

Parking and breakfast were great, the staff was very helpful, the hotel was spotless, the bed and pillow were brilliant, the out‑of‑town location was peaceful, and the price was excellent for what you get – especially since it was a last‑minute booking, but what a choice 👏

Breakfast was good; Pradip and Alok were very helpful, and Manisha at the front desk was also helpful. The location was bad, making it hard to get an Uber.
