The hotel is very close to the university and the price is excellent! Unfortunately, the bed creaked a lot every time I got up. Also, turning the lights on in the bathroom/ shower was cumbersome 😅

Everything went smoothly, the arrangement with the owner was excellent, the accommodation was clean, and it was quiet at night.

The place is well situated, comes with a kitchen, and the apartment is spacious and roomy. The only downside is that the beds squeak a lot.

Aside from the lack of a night lamp and the bed feeling a bit too soft (though that’s a matter of taste), we were very satisfied with everything. The room was quiet, roomy, bright, and clean, and the bathroom was tidy. There was a wardrobe for clothes and air‑conditioning in the room. I can only recommend it to people who move around easily, because our accommodation was on the second floor and I wouldn’t suggest it for those who are hard of mobility or have movement restrictions.

The tram stop was close, just a few hundred metres away. We were given a basement apartment that was dark, dusty, and had a “windowless” feel. The smell was stale and the towel was heavily used. The mattress and pillow were uncomfortable, and there was even a blockage in the shower.
