I stayed in a spot that was super central, right in the heart of everything. The rooms felt a bit cramped, but I knew that beforehand and they even gave me a free upgrade, which was a nice touch.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was great, and they even offered a free upgrade—thanks a ton for that! The location in the old town is fantastic, and you can walk to the parking spots that are just behind the wall.

The place is well situated and the staff were outstanding. However, the bed sheet had white smears on it, and the staircase door was very loud, waking me up several times during the night.

The hotel feels like a family-run place. Everyone was so kind and considerate. Brian took the time to explain everything, especially the fantastic restaurants. Thanks for everything and I wish your business continued success. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the location is excellent (inside the wall and close to one of the exit gates), and the breakfast had a wide variety of homemade dishes!
