The location, rooms, and bathroom were fine, and the view from the window was beautiful at any time of day or night. The smell that drifted up the hallway and into the “kitchen” was unpleasant, and the annex felt like a jumble of everything. The freezer and kettle were present but unremarkable.

The overall vibe was great, and the owner is very friendly, keeping a bunch of animals around—cats and dogs to pet, though not in the rooms. The kitchen is small but cozy and could become the social hub for a longer stay. The building is old but renovated, giving it character without being inconvenient. The room we used had four beds, yet it only comfortably fits two people, which would be problematic for a longer stay.
