We ended up not choosing this place because it was pricey and didn’t deliver on its promises. The hotel felt isolated with no nearby amenities and a long walk to Samarkand’s center. The big restaurant was empty at mid‑afternoon, and we were the only two guests, yet the service vanished and we waited 40 minutes for the second course. Breakfast was no better. The staff seemed untrained and dull in their approach. We had booked four nights but only stayed one, found a better hotel, and moved out.

Breakfast was great, especially the ability to have eggs cooked exactly how you like them, a wide variety, and the dining area was impeccably clean.
