A stunning place right in the heart of Chania’s Old Town, just steps from the harbor. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was also very tasty. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the Old Town and facing the harbor. Having an elevator was a major plus, since many nearby places lack one. The room was roomy by European standards and tastefully decorated with antique‑style furnishings. The staff were polite and friendly. Even though late checkout wasn’t offered, they kindly stored our luggage and let us use the lobby. On the downside, breakfast options were limited, the breakfast area was cramped, and the receptionist wasn’t always available. Having separate keys for the upper and lower entrances felt a bit odd. Note: Cars can’t enter the Old Town, so be ready to carry your luggage for 5–7 minutes to reach the hotel.

The location is great, the staff are lovely, and breakfast is nice. The rooms feel a bit tight.

Just a short walk to the waterfront and right in the center of the Old Town. The staff and the owner were very friendly and even accommodated my gluten‑free and lactose‑free diet. Breakfast was just enough to start a busy day in Chania, with fresh eggs, cold cuts, cheese, honeydew, other fruits, coffee, etc. We enjoyed strolling the narrow streets lined with small restaurants. From our balcony we could see the blue bay water; it was lovely to watch people passing by and the restaurant below. No major complaints, but guests with luggage should know the Old Town is pedestrian‑only and allow time for a walk to transport. We had three pieces of luggage and the taxi driver, at our request, came to the hotel and helped us.

This hotel has a lot of charm. The facilities are well kept and in excellent condition. Very comfortable and perfectly located in the old city of Chania, right next to the Venetian port. Totally recommendable. Nothing went wrong; everything was perfect.
